Personal Information
The Personal Information section contains the details of the applicant such as first name, last name, date of birth, email address, relationship with the company and percentage of ownership details.
UX Overview
This section provides an overview of the Personal Information screen.
The Personal Information section prompts you to provide the following details:
- First Name and Last Name.
- Date of Birth: Enter your date of birth in the MM/DD/YYYY format.
As an applicant, you must be atleast 18 years old.
- Email Address: Type the email address that you want to link to your account.
- Relationship with Company: Select the relationship from the drop-down
- Percentage of ownership: Ownership in percentage
After providing the mentioned details, click Continue. Based on configurations set in Spotlight, the Membership Eligibility Check or the Address and Identification Details section appears. On click of Continue button, in the backend, a prospect is created in the Lead entity in Origination Data Storage Microservice. After the application is submitted and approved, the prospect entry from ODMS is removed and a customer id is created in the Party Microservice. Furthermore, you will receive a welcome email. The welcome email contains a link to resume the application later, if required, and the Application number.
